I decided to start my photography & video business when I realized that I have a knack for noticing. I am a very observational person, & know how to read a room. Because of this talent, I pay special attention to detail & tend to capture all of the "little" moments that happen in a session or on a wedding day. I vow to every person that books with me that I will be fully attentive & invested in our collaboration together so that you can be yourselves & enjoy your moments together.

I have always been taught by my parents that the way you do anything is the way you do everything. I am a firm believer in that now. The way that I take photos, carry myself on your wedding day, & care about you as a person is the way that I handle myself in all aspects of my life! I care deeply about those that I love. I notice the little things in my daily life & try to preserve as many fleeting moments as I can with my husband & kids. I treat your wedding day like I treat any other day in my life - with care, & an archival approach.
An "archival approach" means that I begin with the end in mind. I am a very nostalgic person, & I love going through my ancestors photographs. My grandparents have the best pictures from their childhood & marriage. I am so incredibly grateful for them! I want you to have your future generations look through the images I capture the same way I look at my ancestors pictures. I want to take pictures that last longer than a lifetime. I keep my style very timeless, nostalgic, & true to who you are. I want your personalities to show & these photographs transport you to the exact day & time so you can relive them forever.

Creating imagery through the ultimate Creator. He is the reason why I am so inspired to capture this beautiful thing we call life. I would not be doing this job without the gift that God has entrusted me with! Like John 15:5 says, "I am the vine; you are the branches." God has connected me with so many people who are so inpsiring. I have felt His divine love for all of my clients & I am so grateful.
You might find me playing with my son at the beach, watching the bachelor with my husband, reading a motivational book or romance novel, riding my bike, , working out, or trying something new! I like to stay busy. Right now my newest hobby is sourdough & learning how to surf. My favorite season is the summer - I am that beach loving girlie who doesn't care if sand gets all over me, still enjoys playing mermaids in the ocean, & will lay in the sun for hours.
